How it works

  1. Pick your night & beach

    Choose a package, a date and your stretch of sand on 30A or in Panama City Beach. Send a request and we’ll check availability.

  2. We set the scene

    Our crew takes care of the permit process for your date, then builds the fire and sets up seating, lights and s’mores before you arrive.

  3. Show up & glow

    Kick off your shoes, roast a marshmallow and watch the sun go down. When the night’s over, we put out the fire and clean up.

Door-to-Dune

No parking, no hauling, no figuring out which beach access to use. We pick your group up at your house or rental, drive you to a bonfire that’s already glowing, then bring everyone home when the night is done.

  1. Pickup. We meet you at your door at a time we agree on together.
  2. Ride to the dunes. Sit back while we drive you to your bonfire spot.
  3. Bonfire night. Fire, seating, lights, music and s’mores are set up and waiting.
  4. Ride home. We drive you back and take care of the fire and cleanup.

FAQ

Do we need a permit for a beach bonfire?

Yes. Beach bonfires require a local permit, and the rules are different in Walton County (30A and South Walton) and Bay County (Panama City Beach). We take care of the permit process as part of your booking, and we’ll confirm what’s allowed for your specific date and beach before your bonfire. Rules and conditions can change, so we check again as your date gets closer.

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

We keep an eye on the forecast and beach conditions leading up to your night. If it isn’t safe or allowed to have a fire, we’ll reach out to talk through options like a new date. [Weather & rescheduling policy]

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely. Bonfires are a great family night. We just ask that adults keep an eye on little ones around the fire at all times.

What should we bring?

Just your crew. A light layer for when the breeze picks up, sandals you can kick off, your favorite playlist and any drinks or snacks you’d like. Please follow local beach rules for anything you bring.

How long does a bonfire last?

Each bonfire package includes 2 hours of fire time. You can request an extra hour as an add-on.

How does Door-to-Dune pickup work?

We confirm a pickup time and address with you ahead of time, meet your group at your house or rental, drive you to your bonfire and bring you back afterward. Door-to-Dune is limited to 8 guests, takes about 3 hours including round-trip transport, and is subject to address availability.

Are the e-bikes and beach chairs part of a bonfire package?

No. E-bike rentals and beach chair setups are separate rentals with their own pricing. Book them on their own for any day, with or without a bonfire.

How old do you have to be to ride an e-bike?

Riders must be at least [age]. Where e-bikes can be ridden varies by area, so we’ll go over the basics with you when you pick up your bikes.

Are helmets provided with e-bike rentals?

When and where are beach chair setups placed?
